Simple Beauty Tips
Most people start the day by washing their face together with their sleepiness. That's a great day for taking care of your skin! By splashing cold water unto  your face, you’re not just removing dirt that could possibly clog your pores and cause pimples but also shrink the pores. An anti-pimple routine to start your day.

After that, breakfast with a glass of milk. There is a beauty science in drinking milk. It builds your bones and muscles and makes your skin look good. It is high in protein and it is known to lower your weight. A glass of milk gives you a healthy routine by being beautiful.

Always keep your eyebrows under your control! With a bit of hairspray or clear brow gel on your brow brush, shape  and control it under your whim. You can Top it off with a very small dab of Vaseline if you want added shaping.

Another tip, be natural. False eyelashes may fall off without you knowing so just make use of what you already have. You may just use the eyelash curler. Use it upwards and away from the eyes. If your using mascara, use the curler first or you have to reapply it again. Face the mirror and wow your eyes look nice the natural way.

Sometimes there are clumps in the lashes or excess mascara  and you don’t want to spoil your make up. “Spoolies” are cheap and effective for that. Makeup artists use them as disposable mascara wands. It can also be used to groom you eyebrows. They should be disposed after use for hygiene purposes so it would be best to carry a few extra.

Your off to work now. Sometimes time is of the essence but we need to prepare our image for the world to see. If it is within you budget, have a double of your make up kits and stuff on hand on your workplace. It saves you the hustle and a good soldier is always ready for battle.

More than half or maybe a third of our body is made up of fluids and the best way to keep it like that is taking in more fluids. Drinking 5-8 glasses of water daily keeps you and your skin hydrated. It prevents illnesses and avoids your skin from drying and thus making your skin look young.

Being young means zero gray hair for most people. A teaspoon of curry chutney leaf provides your hair pigments the vitamins and minerals it needs for its youthful color. Another tip is adding scented rosemary essential oil to your hair. It also keeps you scalp and hair healthy and colored.

Another skin tip is never tan after sugaring or waxing your skin. Don’t also use scented products on your skin after sugaring or waxing. Your follicles are open and it would cause annoying irritations on your skin.

The day is over and you now need a beauty sleep but not before removing your make up. Use a makeup remover first and then a face wash afterwards. What we don't want here is the makeup clogging and suffocating your skin causing pimples and spot.
